An iDirect VSAT network, fully owned and managed by Digital Networks, ideally located with multiple teleport facilities. We utilize Satellite Teleport ground station facilities ideally located in Colorado and Texas and interconnect each facility with a high speed MPLS network. Each facility has multiple redundant infrastructure and capacity.

Our staff and teleport providers cumulatively have decades of experience setting up, operating, managing, and providing 24/7/365 Technical Support and satellite network services. Full network setup and design support. Our team is more than teleport and IT operators; we have Field Support Engineers, Cisco Certified network engineers(Multi-CCIE), designers, programmers, and program management to set up all elements of the network including data links, VOIP services, intercom services, and all interfaces between the satellite and terrestrial network.
Digital Networks proactively monitors the network on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis by personnel trained in monitoring and controlling satellite and IP networks for signal identification, equipment fault identification and restoration of service. Digital Networks staff and providers includes RF engineers, IT network specialists (CISCO trained) and trained operators. All RF and IP sub assemblies are equipped with audible (very loud) alarms to alert personnel of any trouble.
